If you really think about it, the only thing that matters is when you will do a task. The only factor that will tell you whether you can do a task or not is available time. That's why the Time Sector System is so effective and simple.

The COD System is a simplyfied version of the GTD (Getting Things Done) System:

• Collect: add tasks to your inbox
• Organize: process your inbox with priorities and time sectors
• Do: do your Today's tasks
